PRISTINA Serbia and Kosovo’s Prime Ministers Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaci will talk about “sensitive issues” in the beginning of the next year. This is according to Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore. “Sensitive issues to be discussed in beginning of 2013" Quoting an international official, the daily writes that talks about liaison offices, integrated crossings management, construction of the Nis-Pristina highway and implementation of the agreements reached in Brussels will be continued at the next meeting that will be held in the beginning of December. “The sensitive topics will be opened after New Year’s. The topics for now are opening of liaison offices and the integrated border management,” the source told Koha Ditore. He added that the two PMs would agree on the implementation of the crossings agreement at the December meeting. According to the daily’s source, it is not expected that great progress will be made as far as the liaison officer are concerned since Dacic made a series of objections at the last meeting. “Thaci will at the next meeting inform the Serbian PM about a special police unit that will be in charge of protecting Serbian historical, religious and cultural monuments in Kosovo,” the daily quoted the source as saying.
