BELGRADE Serbian PM Ivica Dacic and PACE Rapporteur for Kosovo Bjorn von Sydow agreed Thursday it was important to implement universal standards in Kosovo. They stressed at a meeting in Belgrade that it was very important to implement the universal standards when it comes to the respect of human rights, security and the protection of religious and cultural heritage. “Universal standards should be respected in Kosovo” During the talks with von Sydow, Dacic underscored that Serbia wanted all outstanding Kosovo-related issues to be resolved through dialogue and the investigation into trafficking of human organs (of the abducted Serb civilians and captives in 1998 and 1999) to be fully carried out.
