BELGRADE Three persons have been arrested in the continuation of an investigation in the Agrobanka case. Asprom owner Stevan Alavanja, Agrobanka Board of Directors member Bojan Simonovic and Agrar Trade Director Predrag Vuckovic were arrested on Wednesday morning. Three more persons arrested in Agrobanka case Former Agrobanka Board of Directors President Dusan Antonic was arrested for abuses in the bank on August 9. His son Milan and associates Slavoljub Koricanac, Branimir Uzelac, Suad Hasovic, Vehbo Papic, Boban Labovic, Milos Uzelac and Bojan Zaric were also arrested and questioned at the time. Antonic denied that the bank had operated at a loss while he was the Board of Directors president and claimed that the bank had a financial gain of RSD 1.1bn in 2010. Habit Pharm owner Radoslav Sekulic, his son Dusko, Dragomir Jovanovic, Borka Filipovic, Milan Stefanovic, Bratislav Mihajlovic, Dusko Sunjevaric, Dragovan Milinkovic and Nenad Maricic were arrested on August 25. It is suspected that they received favorable loans from the bank but that they failed to repay them, incurring RSD 5.5bn worth of damages to Agrobanka. B92 RTS

Former Agrobanka Board of Directors President Dušan Antonić was arrested for abuses in the bank on August 9. His son Milan and associates Slavoljub Korićanac, Branimir Uzelac, Suad Hasović, Vehbo Papić, Boban Labović, Miloš Uzelac and Bojan Zarić were also arrested and questioned at the time.
