"Controversial formulation cannot be changed"

It is not possible to change the formulation “Kosovo’s territorial integrity” in the <a href="http://http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2012&mm=10&dd=10&nav_id=82588" class="text-link" target= "_blank">Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2012-2013</a>, says Suzana Grubješić.

BELGRADE It is not possible to change the formulation “Kosovo’s territorial integrity” in the Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2012-2013, says Suzana Grubjesic. “EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule said that the (European) Commission would not change the formulation but since it was added at the last moment, I am afraid that the Commission did not exactly have a say in it,” the Serbian deputy prime minister for EU integration told daily Blic. "Controversial formulation cannot be changed" When asked who was responsible for placing the controversial formulation in the official EC document, Grubjesic said that it was “one of the EU member states”. When asked who was responsible for placing the controversial formulation in the official EC document, Grubješić said that it was “one of the EU member states”.
