Members of the ethnic Albanian Self-Determination Movement on Thursday in Pristina pelted EU mediator Robert Cooper with tomatoes. The radical party is represented in the assembly in Pristina, and is opposed to the ongoing Kosovo dialogue, sponsored by the EU. EU mediator pelted with tomatoes in Pristina Cooper is in Kosovo for meetings with officials that are closed to the media. Several dozen Self-Determination activists, including leader Albin Kurti, gathered in front of the government building to block its main entrance today. They carried banners reading, "Stop to the dialogue", "No to negotiations, self-determination", "Serbia is financing parallel structures", and, "Serbia did not apologize for crimes". The protest was secured by a large number of Kosovo police, KPS, members. On Wednesday, Cooper was in Belgrade where he met with an adviser to the Serbian president and with Serbian government negotiator in the dialogue Borislav Stefanovic.
