The Bosnia-Herzegovina Prosecution has indicted two Serbian citizens for crimes in Srebrenica. Nedeljko Milidragovic and Aleksa Golijanin are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, the Bosnia-Herzegovina Prosecution stated on Friday. Two Serbian citizens indicted for Srebrenica crime Milidragovic was a commander of the Republic of Srpska (RS) Police Special Brigade's Jahorina Training Center and Golijanin was his deputy during the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. They are accused of “launching a widely spread and systematic attack” against Bosniak civilians in Srebrenica from July 10 until July 19, 1995. Milidragovic is also accused of shooting to death a disabled man during a search near Potocari on July 12, 1995 and of taking a group of 15 to 20 men to a nearby field where he shot them. According to the Prosecution, Milidragovic ordered the execution of around 100 prisoners in a farmers cooperative. He also shot to death two prisoners who had turned themselves in on July 17-18, 1995 and ordered that a boy aged between 10 and 13 be killed. According to the indictment, Milidragovic took a group of about 50 Bosniak civilians to the town of Konjevic Polje and they have never been found. Goljanin is accused of being in charge of the Third Platoon, whose armed members, took part in search of Bosniak homes and taking of civilians to the Potocari camp on July 12, 1995. He also took part in detaining several thousands of Bosniak men on July 12-13, 1995. The Prosecution claims that he ordered other soldiers to kill between 15 and 20 detained Bosniak men. Goljanin, according to the indictment, took part in the search of woods near the Bratunac-Konjevic Polje road aimed at imprisoning and executing Bosniak men. At least four persons were killed at the time and Goljanin shot one of them at close range from an automatic rifle. “Several hundreds of Bosniak men were detained, including children, and then they took them to a warehouse at the intersection in Konjevic Polje where they were detained and later killed,” the Prosecution pointed out.
