Presidential candidate Tomislav Nikolic (SNS) said on Sunday after casting his ballot that he wished for today's elections in Serbia to be fair. Nikolic, who on Sunday ran against DS leader Boris Tadic in the runoff, added that he hoped that as many citizens as possible would go to the polls so that the elected president could have the greatest possible legitimacy. Nikolic confident of victory in runoff He said that the Serbian Progressive Party, he is the leader of, will pay attention to every polling station, and that it will not allow any frauds or thefts. "I did all I could. My campaign was fair, correct and honest, I elaborated on my program and insisted that Serbia should change in order to move on," Nikolic said.
