In a report dated December 2010, Marty talked about ties between organized crime and former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) members, including Kosovo's Prime Minister Hashim Thaci. He accused them of extracting and selling the organs of Serb civilians, kidnapped and illegally imprisoned in Albania.
