DS: Talks with LDP, URS after May 20

Dragan Sutanovac has said according to the agreement with the SPS-PUPS-JS coalition, "the majority of the previous government will continue to work together". One of the deputy leaders of the Democratic Party (DS) added that the talks with other possible partners - the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and the United Regions of Serbia (URS) will not take place prior to May 20. He said that all parties which share the DS views are welcome, and that he is glad that such parties have offered open support to Boris Tadic in the second round of presidential vote. “Before May 20, we will not hold concrete talks either with the LDP or the URS, but that does not mean that the talks are not underway with everyone. The government is functioning as an institution, but no concrete solutions have been proposed as that would be meaningless at the moment,” Sutanovac said. (Beta) Tanjug
