Democrats win most votes in Belgrade

The Democratic Party (DS) won the most votes in Belgrade - 36.14 percent, or 52 out of total of 110 seats in the City Assembly. This is according to City Electoral Commission (GIK). Democrats win most votes in Belgrade According to a sample obtained from a total of 11.6 percent of polling places, the second is the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), which received 24.3 percent of votes, or a total of 35 seats, followed by the Socialist Party of Serbia - Party of United Pensioners of Serbia - United Serbia (SPS- PUPS-JS) list, which garnered 9.59 percent of votes, securing 13 seats in the city administration. The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), which, according to the preliminary results, enjoys the support of 7.59 percent of the electorate, won 10 seats. The U-Turn movement led by the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) is around the threshold with 4.88 percent earned, while the Serb Radical Party (SRS) got 3.77 percent of votes.
