Gaon explained that around 500 people would be involved in the electoral process and that five representatives of OSCE would be present at each of the 90 polling stations. Personnel from other OSCE missions in the region were brought in to cover all polling stations. Up to eight people can vote in one polling station at the same time. In order to ensure the integrity of the voting process, a limitation on media presence has also been instituted - no more than two cameras can film at one polling station simultaneously.
