Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has said that all state and local officials will soon have to buy only locally produced cars on budget money. “That’s good news for manufacturers, for those who work 100 percent with the Russian capital, as well as for foreign partners. This is not against the World Trade Organization (WTO) principles because small procurements can be regulated by internal rules,” Putin said, economic daily Vedomosti has reported.
