A bus carrying high school students and a train en route to Belgrade have been stoned near the Macedonian town of Kumanovo. Nobody was injured in the incidents. The bus carrying high school students from Skopje to the village of Nikushtak was stoned around 19:30 on Tuesday on a road between the villages of Ljubodrag and Novo Selo. Train, bus stoned in Macedonia Police have stated that none of the students were injured but several sought medical attention due to stress. The windows on the bus were damaged and police are searching for the perpetrators. According to Ljubodrag residents, this is the first such incident in the area and buses travel every day through these villages to the Albanian-populated village of Cherkezi. The police have also stated that an international train en route from Skopje to Belgrade was stoned in the village of Opae shortly after the bus incident.
