EU facilitator: Talks will continue in January

EU facilitator Robert Cooper expects that a date for the continuation of the Belgrade-Pristina talks will be set next week. He added he expected Belgrade and Pristina team chiefs Borislav Stefanovic and Edita Tahiri to determine the date. International sources say however that neither Stefanovic nor Tahiri have changed their positions but that Cooper is determined to hold the new round of the negotiations this month, the daily writes. Quoting the international sources from Brussels and Pristina, Koha Ditore writes that Kosovo has given up on the request to be represented as the “Republic of Kosovo” at the international meetings and that it would accept a footnote under its name.
