Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the only way to durable peace, stability and freedom of movement in Kosovo is a politically sustainable solution based on dialogue. In an interview for the Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore, which will be published in its entirety Monday, the NATO secretary general said freedom of movement for KFOR in Kosovo, and for all individuals, is non-negotiable.
