Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Cedomir Jovanovic says “self-isolation” will be the price Serbia will pay if it does not take a chance to join the EU. “The EU issue in Serbia cannot be a matter of choice, just like it is not in any other European country,” he pointed out. EU or self-isolation, LDP leader says “If Germans, French, the entire continent see Europe as something inevitable then Serbia’s ambition to build its position toward Europe differently, while searching for an alternative, is more than tragic because this way we are doomed in advance,” Jovanovic explained.
