Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci says he is ready to negotiate with northern Kosovo Serbs but that there are no “elected citizens’ representatives” there. Thaci has rejected a possibility of talking to “illegal and criminal structures” that orchestrate northern Kosovo since “they will face justice sooner or later”. No legitimate reps in northern Kosovo, Thaci says The Kosovo prime minister stressed that he would not offer “anything more or less than what is allowed by Kosovo’s Constitution and laws” to the citizens in northern Kosovo. He assessed that the Kosovo assembly’s decision to implement reciprocity in trade relations with Serbia had came too late bearing in mind that the reciprocity had already been established. Thaci expressed satisfaction over the fact that Kosovo had managed to get an offer regarding abolishment of visas from the EU. Hashim Thaci (Beta, file)
