Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Cedomir Jovanovic has received a threatening letter, daily Blic has learned. The message signed by “Serbs from Serbia, Vojvodina and Kosovo, all Serbs“ contains death threats to Jovanovic and his entire family but also to “all other traitors, their wives and children“. We have many ready men, lots of weapons, ammunition, explosives, hand grenades that we will use and liquidate the entire family,“ the message reads. “We are warning (Serbian Interior Minister Ivica) Dacic to call off all policemen who are protecting you so they would not get hurt as well. We have checked and we know exaclty where you live, where you work, where you hang out, what kindergarten your children go to, Ceda. We know your license plates number,“ the letter continues. The LDP told Blic that threats are not uncommon but that they had never faced such hideous and brutal ones.
