Kosovo Deputy PM and Pristina team head Edita Tahiri believes Serbia is creating unnecessary problems in implementation of the agreement on freedom of movement. She said that the implementation of the agreement should begin on November 1. Pristina team chief: Serbia halting freedom of movement “The Serbian side is creating obstacles. Instead of working in accordance with the concept of achieving the freedom of movement, the Serbian side is creating a very complicated logistics which we have refused to accept, which was also done by the EU,” Tahiri told SETimes. She said that people entering and exiting Kosovo needed to show their ID cards and another document. Tahiri claims, however, that the content of the document is problematic. “The Serbian side insists on elements that are not in accordance with the European principles, they demand many information and are creating unacceptable complications,” the Kosovo deputy prime minister pointed out.
