The next round of Belgrade-Pristina talks will be held on October 14, Pristina team chief Edita Tahiri has said. She stressed that EU facilitator Robert Cooper should confirm the date and that it would only be a dialogue on technical issues. Pristina team head announces next round of talks According to her, Serbia’s demands to open political issues is nothing more than a tendency to change the direction of the technical talks and turn the dialogue into talks about political issues. Tahiri told Pristina-based TV 21 that the talks had been suspended because Serbia had insisted on discussing political issues first, particularly the customs checkpoints. “Kosovo’s position on the issue is clear: there are no political topics which are red lines of Kosovo institutions, including the Kosovo assembly resolution,” she said.
