State Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac says the recent corruption cases arrests are "just the beginning" of the state strategy for combating high-level corruption. Dolovac told Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti that collection of evidence in the Kolubara case, which is one of the major cases in the fight against corruption, was launched even before the public learned about it. Dolovac underscored that the modern laws, which Serbia adopted lately according to Europe's model, are offering great possibilities to the prosecutions to fight the most serious forms of crime more easily.
