Situation in northern Kosovo remains unchanged and there were no incidents last night. Tensions are rising among local Serbs at the barricades after KFOR and Kosovo institutions announced they would remove the barricades by force. Situation in northern Kosovo unchanged Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic has stated that dialogue is a solution to the northern Kosovo crisis and that Serbia is ready for it, but added that current issues need to be solved first, followed by all other open issues. According to him, all Serbian diplomatic offices received on Thursday morning instructions to call for meetings at the highest level and demand political support for the continuation of the dialogue.
