The plan which was unanimously adopted at the UN Security Council session in 2008 contains six points that refer to the dialogue with Belgrade. The six points refer to police, customs, judiciary, transportation and infrastructure, administrative lines and Serbian cultural heritage and they are contained in the chapter 11 of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon’s report dubbed “Dialogue with Belgrade”.
