A decision was made by all ethnic Albanian councilors from the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja to boycott the upcoming census. Presevo Mayor and Democratic Party of Albanians leader Ragmi Mustafa pointed out that municipal presidents or political parties did not have the right to change the decision. A protest will be held in Presevo on September 21 over problems in the local administration, he added. The Presevo mayor pointed out that gatherings would be held in Presevo and Bujanovac on November 28 in order to celebrate the Albanian Flag Day.
