United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon welcomed on Wednesday the arrest of Hague indictee Goran Hadzic. Reports said that he pointed out that this apprehension sends a powerful message that those who are alleged to have committed such crimes cannot evade justice and will be held accountable.
