The minister for Kosovo says Serbia stands by its position that the Serbs "should not respond to the census organized by the interim Kosovo institutions". After a meeting of the Serbian parliament's committee for Kosovo in Belgrade on Monday, Goran Bogdanovic told reporters that Serbia also stands by its position that the census should be conducted by the UN, and not interim Kosovo institutions.
