Thaci named PM-designate

Kosovo Acting President Jakup Krasniqi named Hashim Thaci prime minister designate on Friday. Thaci will soon complete the talks on composition of the new Kosovo government, it is said in a release. Thaci named PM-designate Thaci has already announced that his Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) will form the government with the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR) and ethnic minorities’ parties and that he will present a proposal to the Kosovo assembly next week.
