Reduced number of traffic accidents He told B92 that all significant parameters, based on which traffic safety in some country is determined, were positive in Serbia. “We have reduction in the number of accidents, number of lightly injured persons, severely injured persons and what’s most important we have reduction in the number of killed persons,” he stressed. However, there is still a certain number of drivers who do not respect traffic rules at their own risk. “What we can say is that we will continue to permanently control the traffic but we expect all other participants in the traffic to contribute so these negative occurrences would be reduced,” Malesevic added.
