Fifteen years after the Srebrenica genocide, Ratko Mladic is still free. The authorities consider Mladic to be in Serbia, but also that people in Serbia could recognize him. “Surely, Mladic changed, but we don’t believe that it could be like the hiding of Radovan Karadzic,” said Rasim Ljajic, the Head of the Coordination Team with the Hague Tribunal.
