German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle expressed his belief on Saturday that the Sunday elections in Kosovo would be a successful day for democracy. "I hope that, soon after the elections, the new government in Pristina will start direct talks with Serbia in order to begin solving everyday problems,” Westerwelle said in view of Kosovo elections, the German Foreign Ministry announced.
