One of the former bishop’s supporters Monk Damjan says that police have been following their group ever since they crossed the administrative line with Kosovo yesterday. Charges filed against rebel SPC bishop “We’re still under police surveillance, we just don’t understand why,” the monk said and added that police were taking pictures of the cars and Artemije’s followers. Monk Damjan, however, could not say what their next step was going to be. Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said that his ministry delivered charges filed by the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) against defrocked Bishop Artemije to the prosecutor's office Saturday. He told reporters that the police had no intention of interfering in religious affairs and was only acting on SPC's property protection claims. Newly appointed administrator of the Raska-Prizren Eparchy Bishop Teodosije says that he was not expecting to face, as he said, such a big problem in the eparchy shortly after being appointed but that it was solved with God’s help. He added that the SPC had been facing this problem “for many years”. Former Bishop Artemije and his followers (Tanjug)
