An explosive device was thrown at the house of a Serb family in Zvecan, northern Kosovo, early on Monday. There were no injuries in the incident, Kosovo police, KPS, regional spokesperson Besim Hoti told Tanjug. Stojkovic told reporters today that he feared for the safety of his family and that he believed it was the "local authorities from northern Kosovo" who were behind the attacks. He also described the incidents as "politically motivated". Stojkovic, who heads the Democratic Alternative, told Tanjug that his party will not run in the forthcoming elections in Kosovo, since they decided to respect the Serbian government's position on this issue. And while KPS members are still unable to find the perpetrators, Stojkovic was quoted as saying that "it is more likely they don't want to".
