The National Bank of Serbia sold EUR 11mn at the interbank foreign exchange market on Wednesday to ease excessive daily volatility of the dinar exchange rate. Since the beginning of 2010, the NBS sold a total of EUR 1.627bn, including yesterday's intervention, to ease excessive daily volatility of the exchange rate and stimulate the foreign exchange market turnover.
