Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nikolay Mladenov said that the ICJ’s decision should serve for establishing dialogue and solving concrete problems in Kosovo. He also said that the ICJ’s decision should not be seen as a precedent in international law in relation to other countries. “Kosovo is a very specific case that should be discussed independently,” Mladenov said.
