Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic said that the government has been able to alleviate the effects of the economic crisis through its active measures. He said that the gross domestic product (GDP) was increasing along with positive trends seen in exports and industrial production, but that the unemployment rate was increasing.
