At the coming hearing that is expected to take place in London regarding whether Ganic would be extradited to Belgrade or Sarajevo, his defense plans on questioning the jurisdiction in the case of the London court. The country's War Crimes Prosecution indicted him for war crimes committed in Sarajevo in May 1992, when Bosnian Muslim forces attacked a retreating convoy of the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA), killing at least 18 soldiers and wounding 22, in a case that has been known as the Dobrovoljacka St. massacre. The hearing on the case is scheduled to take place on July 5 in London.
