Suspect in police shooting arrested
Fahrudin Mavrić, suspected of <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes-article.php?yyyy=2010&mm=03&dd=04&nav_id=65575" class="text-link" target= "_blank">killing police officer Željko Zečević</a> on Wednesday in Tutin, has been arrested.

Fahrudin Mavric, suspected of killing police officer Zeljko Zecevic on Wednesday in Tutin, has been arrested. The Interior Ministry confirmed for B92 that Mavric was arrested near the administrative line with Kosovo. Suspect in police shooting arrested “We will be put into custody and charge him before taking him to the investigative judge of the Hugh Court in Novi Pazar,” Novi Pazar Police Administration Chief Dragan Terzic said. The incident happened after a police patrol intervened during a tavern brawl in the village of Jezgrovice. Two participants in the fight, Mavrovic being one of them, were taken outside, but shortly afterwards they encountered police again as they caused a traffic accident. After police took the two into custody, Mavric took the police officer’s gun while in the car, shot Zecevic in the back and escaped. Zecevic was buried in Tutin on Saturday.
