Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said that more than 50 suspects were arrested today in an operation aimed against financial crime and money laundering. The Serbian police (MUP) raids are still ongoing, Dacic told reporters in Belgrade this morning. 50 suspects arrested in police raids The minister specified that the operation was being conducted in the towns of Valjevo, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Sabac, Sremska Mitrovica, Cacak and Sombor. MUP teamed up with the Tax Administration Police and the Higher Public Prosecution in order to make the arrests, it has also been revealed.
