The Serbian national women tennis team did not make it to the finals of the Fed Cup World Group, as they lost to Russia. The Russians won the decisive point in the doubles match on Sunday, when Svetlana Kuznetsova and Alisa Kleybanova defeated Jelena Jankovic and Ana Ivanovic in straight sets in the doubles match. Fed Cup: Russia defeats Serbia 3-2 Previously, Ivanovic lost both her singles matches – to Kuznetsova and Kleybanova, while Jankovic won against both. Russia will play against the U.S. in the semi-finals, whereas Serbia will fight to remain in the Fed Cup World Group. The draw of the unseeded teams will be held on Wednesday, and Serbia's possible opponents are Australia, Slovakia, Belgium and Estonia.
