MUP to react to blockades

The government adopted a conclusion for the need to have the Interior Ministry (MUP) react to blockades of major highways, roads and buildings. It was stated in the government meeting held via telephone that over the last year, the strikes of many dissatisfied workers have blocked major highways, international railways, and economic and state buildings that are important to the security of the state. MUP to react to blockades The government stated that these blockades represent illegal disruptions of highway and railway traffic and cause great material damage. Because of this, it is important for the MUP to take all possible measures to secure the uninterrupted flow of traffic and transit of people and products. Most recently, war veterans from Nis and Leskovac began a blockade on Saturday of the main railways in the country, demanding wages from time served in Kosovo during the 1999 conflicts.
