The Belgrade High Court has completed its investigation against suspects in the murder of French citizen Brice Taton. The court forwarded its files to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was announced in Belgrade on Wednesday. Frenchman murder investigation finished The Prosecutor’s Office has 15 days to file charges against the suspects, ask for additional investigation or desist from prosecuting the suspects, the court’s spokeswoman Dusica Ristic said. She pointed out that the investigative judge had submitted the files to the Prosecutor’s Office on January 11. The Belgrade High Court conducted the investigation against 13 persons for the murder of Taton. Two suspects are at large and international warrant has been issued for their arrest. Taton was beaten in downtown Belgrade by a group of hooligans ahead of a football game on September 17. He died from serious injuries several days later.
