Serbian police (MUP) in Valjevo, western Serbia, seized half a kilogram of heroin yesterday and arrested two suspects. The Criminal Investigations Department chief Zoran Nedeljkovic said that half a kilogram of the drug his officers found on the suspects was “one of the largest seizures of that narcotic in the Police Directorate (PU) of Valjevo”. A “small amount of marijuana”, along with electronic scales, two pistols and 39 bullets were also found as a rented house where the arrests were made was searched.
