The Energy Ministry is proposing to open public and expert debates regarding the use of nuclear energy in Serbia. “From the passing of the decision for constructing a nuclear power station to the realization of the project, 12 to 15 years will be needed at least. The Serbian public can be at ease as far as the building of the nuclear plant is concerned for the next 20 years,” Energy Minister Petar Skundric said.
