Đelić: Serbia could join EU in 2014

Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic said that it is possible for Serbia to become a European Union member-state in 2014. He spoke in Leskovac about the abolishment of visas for Serbian citizens, stating that he expects that there will soon be an unfreezing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), and that “it is expected” that a demand will be submitted to become a candidate-state for EU membership.
