Fielding questions from journalists of whether Skundric is in conflict of interest as the president of the NIS shareholder assembly, he said that he was appointed to the position by the government. “There was mention of it at the government meeting and the united stance of all the ministers is that the government needs to create instructions for who can be what, and what they can’t be, taking into consideration that there are laws that force you to be that for which they call you out later,” Dacic said. “Minister Skundric will respect the decision of the government, which will be giving an official explanation why he is a member of that assembly. If he should not be there, then he certainly will not be,” Dacic concluded. Ivica Dacic (FoNet archive)
