UN mission in Kosovo, UNMIK, chief Lamberto Zannier has met with Albanian Foreign Minister Ilir Meta in Tirana, it has been announced. Meta was reported as saying that he was "satisfied with the participation of Kosovo Serbs in the local elections". UNMIK chief visits Albania Albanian language media in Pristina say that Zannier also had a meeting with Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha, "who praised the role of UNMIK". "Berisha and Zannier talked about the importance of organizing a new donors’ conference for Kosovo, but also about the unconstructive position of Belgrade toward Kosovo," said a statement from the cabinet of the Kosovo Albanian prime minister.
