Justice Minister Snezana Malovic will meet today with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in Washington. During her working visit to the U.S., Malovic will meet with American judiciary officials to discuss enhancing bilateral relations in this sphere, Serbian court reform, and further U.S. assistance to the Serbian judiciary. Malovic to meet with U.S. attorney general “Since Joe Biden’s visit to Belgrade, a new stage has opened in relations in the field of the judiciary. The Justice Ministry is determined to carry out reform of the court system and to take the struggle with organized crime and corruption to a higher level, and to enhance war crimes trial procedures,” she told VoA. “It’s precisely in that sphere that I see the possibility for cooperation with the U.S. and enhancing that cooperation,” Malovic said.
