The decision on what to build in the location where the Chinese embassy in Belgrade was destroyed in 1999 rest with the Chinese alone, writes Politika. The Republic Property Directorate cannot make any decision on the purpose of the land, its Deputy Director Srboljub Panic stated, as it is bound by the contract, signed in the wake of the attack that brought down the embassy.
