Kosovo’s foreign policy chief is on a visit to New York, where he will hold at least 30 meetings with representatives of states that have not recognized Kosovo. Hyseni will visit New York immediately after the Organization of the Islamic Conference in Damascus votes on a resolution tabled by Saudi Arabia that the Conference member states should recognize Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence.
