An unnamed former KLA prisoner has agreed to speak to the BBC about details of torture carried out on civilians in a camp in Kukes. The search for them goes on. The broadcaster states that Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci has rejected the accusations, stating that he is aware that certain individuals “abused KLA uniforms,“ but that the KLA distanced itself from such acts.
